T — Magazine
T — Magazine is a biannual publication exploring meaning generated by the link between music, experience, and commodity. Fashion does not look the same for everybody. For some, the clothing that holds the most meaning does so because of the memories/experience attached. This publication seeks to celebrate and explore the universal “artifact” that is the “Band-T”.
The content was generated through curated informal interview regarding a person’s “artifact”. The photography follows the spirit of the interview. T—Magazine’s brand mixes elements indicative of the “DIY” “Punk” aesthetic with some of the more subtle and refined colour and typographic treatments of high fashion. It does this through an exaggerated yet refined letter-mark, bold blacks and whites, and a minimal typeset juxtaposed with more tactile textured elements.
